You can buy on the web.You can't buy on a conversation.AGC is where that changes.
Discover. Quote. Confirm. Ship.
All inside a conversation.
From request to doorstep — without leaving the conversation.
You ask → your AI finds it
Discover.
Your AI assistant searches the AGC catalog — a structured index of every connected merchant's live inventory, organised by origin, processing method, and roast. Discovery is precise because the catalog is.
Quote.
Not an estimate. The confirmed total — product, delivery, tax — from live stock. Locked for 15 minutes.
Confirm.
You confirm. Nothing is charged until you do. Your AI assistant waits.
AGC handles the transaction
Pay.
Your saved payment method is charged by the merchant via Stripe Connect. You see the confirmed total before anything moves. AGC does not store card details.
Print.
Once payment is confirmed, AGC generates the shipping label via Shippo. The merchant receives a paid order with label attached — ready to pack.
The merchant ships it
Pack.
The merchant puts the coffee in the box. The only step that requires human hands — and the only one they have to think about.
Track.
Shippo feeds tracking updates back to AGC. Your AI assistant knows where the order is. "Where's my package?" becomes a one-line answer.
What didn't happen: you didn't open a new tab, navigate to a separate checkout, or re-enter your address. Your confirmed total was visible before anything moved.
Tell your AI assistant what you want.
It finds it, confirms the price, and waits for you to say yes.
You talk to your AI assistant the way you always do. AGC is the infrastructure behind it — the merchant network, the payment connection, the shipping label. You confirm. The merchant fulfills.
You approve each merchant once.
The first time your AI finds a new merchant, it asks you to add them to your trusted list. You decide who it can buy from. Revoke any merchant at any time.
You always see the confirmed total first.
Your assistant quotes the full price — product, delivery, everything — locked before you confirm. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
Your card stays with Stripe.
Payment details are vaulted with Stripe. Your AI never sees them. AGC never stores them.
Message the merchant directly.
Have a question about your order? Your AI assistant sends the message directly to the merchant and surfaces their reply. No contact forms. No separate inbox to check.
What it looks like in practice
"Order me a bag of the Ethiopian from last time."
Found at Proud Mary. Price confirmed. Order placed. Ships tomorrow.
"Find me a natural process light roast under £20."
Three options from connected merchants, ranked by match. You pick one and confirm. Done.
"Reorder my usual espresso blend."
Same product, same merchant, same address. One confirmation.
"Where's my order?"
AGC checks Shippo. Dispatched yesterday. Arrives Thursday.
"Ask the roaster if they can grind it for a moka pot."
Message sent. The merchant replied — yes, and they'll note it on your account for next time.
Free · Specialty coffee merchants available now
Your AI just took an order.
No checkout screen. No monthly fee.
Your origins are already in our catalog. AGC maintains a structured index of every specialty coffee origin — researched and maintained by the platform, not pieced together from merchant descriptions. You select the origins you carry, set your roast expression and price, and approve the narrative we draft for you. Two browser connections — Stripe and Shippo. Everything else in your AI assistant.
Your retail customers reorder via their AI assistant.
A home buyer tells their AI assistant to reorder the Ethiopian. AGC finds it, confirms the total with the buyer, and completes the purchase via Stripe Connect — without the buyer visiting your site. You get the sale, a paid order, and a Shippo label. They get the coffee.
Your café clients reorder via their AI assistant.
A procurement manager tells their assistant to reorder their usual espresso blend — 20kg, same terms. AGC quotes from live stock, confirms Net-30, and places the order. No email thread. No phone call. The reorder cycle tightens and stockouts surface earlier.
Handle buyer questions in the same conversation.
When a buyer messages about their order, it lands in your AI assistant session. No separate dashboard, no email thread. Reply through your assistant — the buyer's AI surfaces your response instantly. AGC support tickets work the same way.
This isn't a new dashboard to manage. It's your existing operation — orders, products, wholesale accounts — accessible through the AI assistant you're already using. The surface changed. The merchant relationship didn't.

Do I need to leave Shopify?
No. Your Shopify store keeps running exactly as it does. AGC is an additional network your products are listed on. Orders that complete through AGC live in AGC and route to fulfilment directly — Shopify isn't in that loop. Your storefront, your existing sales, your other channels — nothing changes.
What does it cost?
No monthly fee. AGC charges 3–7% on completed AI-assisted orders, split automatically via Stripe Connect. The rate reflects what the agent did — 3% on a trusted reorder of a known product, 5% on a standard first purchase, 7% when the agent matched a buyer on occasion or taste context. You pay when an assistant makes you a sale. Not before.
How do I get set up?
Pick the origins you carry from the AGC catalog. Set your roast, your price, your quantity. Then tell us what you know about the lot — where it came from, how this harvest was different from the last, how long you've been buying from the farm. We write the product description from that. You approve it or edit it, then publish. After that: connect Stripe and Shippo — two browser steps outside your AI assistant. Once those are in, you're live. Every reorder, every buyer message, every order update — all in a conversation.
How do buyer messages and support tickets work?
When a buyer has a question about their order, their AI assistant sends it directly through AGC. You see it in your AI assistant session — no separate inbox to monitor. Reply through your assistant and the buyer's AI surfaces the response. AGC support tickets work the same way: one place for order messages and platform issues, all accessible in a conversation.
How does the network grow?
Through your existing relationships. When you join AGC, your café clients can start ordering through their AI assistants. When a café joins, their other suppliers get visibility. The network grows through the conversations you're already having — not through AGC's marketing spend.
Why specialty coffee first?
Specialty coffee buyers already know what they want — origin, process, varietal — and they reorder the same products weekly. The assistant isn't discovering new products; it's completing established preferences. Cafés reorder from the same roasters on predictable cycles. The relationships exist. AGC moves the ordering mechanism onto a conversational surface.
The roasters who tell us the most
about their coffee get recommended first.
That's it. No ad spend. No SEO. No follower count. When a buyer's AI assistant asks for a natural process light roast, it picks the merchant whose product it can describe most confidently — not the one with the nicest website.
What an agent recommends confidently
The lot
Fifth year buying from this estate. Extended fermentation after a rain event shifted the profile from green-apple to heavy tropical fruit — outturn dropped to 18% after aggressive dry-mill screening.
The sourcing
We pre-finance 30% of the harvest at contract signing. That's why they dry-process the top blocks instead of selling cherry to the wet mill.
The roast
Light, pulled at first crack. Designed to keep the fermentation character in the cup rather than roast over it.
Agent recommends this. It has enough to say why.
What an agent passes over
The lot
—
The sourcing
—
The roast
Light roast. Rich and smooth. Customers love it.
Agent skips this. Not because the coffee is worse — because it can't say why it's better.
Era 2 — web
Your website did the selling.
Photography, copy, reviews, checkout UX. You optimised for a buyer who navigated to you and made a decision with their eyes. That buyer is being replaced by an agent that doesn't browse.
Era 3 — now
The agent does the selling.
It searches, quotes, and recommends — without visiting your site. What it recommends depends entirely on what it knows about your coffee. The agent is the channel. Your knowledge is the message.
The upside
Your sourcing knowledge is finally worth something at the point of sale.
Five years buying from the same farm. Knowing what happened to this harvest. A direct relationship that changes how you roast. In Era 2, that was a brand story. In Era 3, it's what gets you recommended over the roaster who bought from a distributor.
When you activate an origin, we ask you three questions.
How does this specific lot differ from what this producer usually delivers?
Were there any climate events, processing changes, or fermentation differences this harvest?
How long have you been buying from this farm — and what's the relationship?
If you've been buying from this farm for five years, you know the answers in thirty seconds. That's what goes into the description. That's what the agent uses to recommend you. The roaster who answers these gets recommended first. Every time.
Every 30 years, commerce moves to a new surface.
The first surface was a shop. Buyer and merchant both present. Trust built through relationship. Infrastructure: supply chains, cash, physical distribution.
The second surface was a webpage. The merchant absent, the buyer navigating alone — through search bars, product pages, checkout forms, confirmation emails. That shift needed new infrastructure too. Shopify built the storefront. Stripe built the payment layer. AWS built the availability.
The third surface is a conversation. The buyer says what they want. The assistant finds the product, confirms the price, and completes the purchase. The merchant fulfills. What remains is a request, a confirmation, and a fulfilled order.
That shift needs a commerce layer too.
AGC is the commerce layer for the third surface — the same way Stripe was the payment layer for the second.
Two tool calls.
Any assistant. Any platform.
AGC exposes a standard MCP endpoint. Connect any MCP-compatible agent and it gets access to the full AGC buyer network — live inventory, confirmed pricing, payment execution, and fulfilment routing.
No redirect to build. No webhook to handle. No payment infrastructure to manage. Your agent passes the quote ID. AGC handles the rest.
Every tool call is logged. Export successful interactions as training data to fine-tune a model on your exact commerce workflows.
// 1. Quote
get_checkout_quote({
cartItems: [{ variantId, quantity }],
shopDomain: "roaster.myshopify.com"

→ { quoteId, total, expiresAt}
// 2. Complete purchase
execute_purchase({
quoteId: "...",
shopDomain: "roaster.myshopify.com"
}
// → { success, orderId, orderName }Every tool call is logged — JSON-RPC payloads, latency, Zod validation errors. Successful checkout flows become "Golden Paths." Export as JSONL to fine-tune your own model on your exact commerce data.
Telemetry APIBring your merchant network.
One conversation to live.
If you work with merchants — as a distributor, platform, sales channel, or industry partner — you can bring your entire network onto AGC in a single AI assistant session. No forms, no browser wizard, no onboarding overhead.
Provision a merchant, set up their product list, configure team access. By the time they log in for the first time, their store is ready. They connect Stripe, connect Shippo, and they're live.
What a partner session looks like
Merchant arrives live. BDM never left their AI assistant.
Nothing is charged without you saying so.
Every product starts in draft. Every routing decision is yours to make, change, or reverse. The control model is bilateral — merchant and buyer both have gates. Developers get scoped tokens. Partners get attribution.
Discovery or purchasing — your toggle.
Discovery only: assistants find your products, buyers check out on your site. Purchasing enabled: assistants complete the purchase using the buyer's saved payment method. Switch at any time.
Per-product status.
Published means live and buyable. Draft means ready but not yet discoverable. Archived means removed. Nothing publishes automatically.
You approve each merchant.
Your AI only buys from merchants you've approved. Spend limits cap autonomous orders. Revoke any merchant at any time. Every purchase confirmed before it charges.
Scoped tokens. Logged calls.
OAuth tokens are buyer-scoped and merchant-scoped independently. Every tool call is logged. Your telemetry is yours to export — no one else sees your interaction data.
Two ways in. One network.
The AGC platform gives you the full stack — autonomous purchasing, the buyer network, and built-in telemetry. The Shopify enrichment plans get your catalog structured and assistant-ready on your existing platform, with a clear path to AGC when you're ready.
